Eric Mann
With more than 25 years in the restoration industry, Eric Mann has dedicated his career to helping homeowners and businesses recover from unexpected property damage. Eric is a Triple Master certified professional through the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) — one of the highest levels of expertise attainable in the restoration field, covering water damage restoration, fire and smoke restoration, and cleaning and restoration practices. In 2019, Eric founded Emergency Mitigation Services with a simple mission: provide honest, dependable, high-quality restoration services while treating every customer like family. Since then, he has helped countless residential and commercial property owners across the Kansas City metro navigate some of their most challenging situations. Eric’s hands-on leadership, commitment to ongoing education, and passion for serving the community have driven EMS’s growth. Fred Dohogne
Fred grew up in southwest Kansas before moving to Lawrence to further his education. After graduating, he joined the Peace Corps, which took him to Haiti. He then spent most of the next 15 years as a property adjuster, inspecting damage from California to Florida — experience that gives him an insider’s understanding of exactly what insurance carriers need to approve and pay claims quickly. While writing damage repair estimates, Fred met Eric Mann — and before long, EMS was born. In his free time, Fred enjoys traveling and nearly all outdoor activities, from the peaks of the frozen Rockies to the shallow waters of Lone Star Lake, along with woodworking, continuous learning, and just about every home improvement project — whether they get finished or not.

Whitney Britton
Whitney Britton is the Director of Marketing for Emergency Mitigation Services, where she helps homeowners and businesses navigate unexpected water, fire, and storm damage with compassion and care. With 5 years of experience in the mitigation industry and 6 years of prior experience in construction, Whitney brings both industry knowledge and a genuine understanding of the restoration process to every client relationship. She is passionate about building strong relationships within the community and working closely with homeowners, property managers, and insurance professionals to ensure clients feel supported during difficult situations. As part of a locally owned and operated team, Whitney believes in treating customers like neighbors — responding quickly, communicating honestly, and always putting people first.
