in January of 2025 a snow and ice storm caused extensive damage to 4 rooms on the north side of our home. The amount of damage to walls and floors felt devastating. My husband contacted EMSCleanUp. Vlad and his team arrived and immediately began to ease our minds. Vlad explained every step in the process and along with Pops and the rest of the crew, carried out this plan, ensuring that mold will not become an issue. We couldn't be more pleased with this company and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Had leaky roof with inches of ice and snow on the roof after a big snow. It leaked alot! I have not experienced this before. Filed insurance claim and 2 days later this team shows up. They dealt with a cluttered house, picked things up, brought in industrial fans and an industrial dehumidifier. Ripped out ceiling and walls and dried all signs of water up. These machines ran for several days. They boxed up anything in the way and worked hard the entire time they were at my house. Courteous, polite, quiet and professional. I highly recommend this company and thanks to Joe, Vasya, Erick and Jonathan for the great work. If I missed anyone, everyone who participated was fantastic. Thankful for the quick action and it was as non intrusive as it could have been given the situation. Good communication too.

We recently had a roof leak due to a winter storm and EMS was incredible to work with! Joe, Vasya, and Eric were great.They arrived very quickly and were so professional, very friendly, communicative, and kept the mess to a minimum which I really appreciated. I cannot recommend this company enough if you are in the unfortunate situation of needing their services. This company and the team are top notch!!

We had a structure fire in winter of 2022. Near total loss. We brought Fred and the EMS team in and they worked around the clock to bring us back to life. We will be forever grateful to EMS for going so far above and beyond, without them our business would have been shuttered and our lives destroyed. Thank you EMS!!!!
